Time	Activity
3 minutes	Demonstrate how the skill that will be practiced be corresponding to the activity that will be in active. The students need to be finish with the warm-up.
2 minutes	The instructors will let the players know what the rules are of the activity. The instructors will let the players know what to do during the drill.
6 minutes	The players will be form in a zig zag position. The starting player will pass the ball to the second player in the air. The second player will have the opportunity to control; the ball with the chest, placing it in the ground. At this point the players will continue the same pattern over and over until the time is up.
